HES 9500-630-LBM Surface Mounted Electric Strike

3 hour fire ratedSurface mounted, no frame cutting

Latchbolt MonitorFail secure / fail safe, field set

Cutting a fire-rated frame is slow and risky.

Rim exit doors still need electric control, and a strike that fits the frame without cutting keeps the retrofit simple.

Without itYou cut into the frame to fit a mortise strike, then work around a fire-rated opening.
