The three-piece connector design maintains proper pair twist ratio and supports field termination while complying with TIA/EIA standards for both TIA-568A and TIA-568B wiring configurations. Compatible with 23–24 AWG solid or stranded insulated copper conductors up to 0.041" diameter and cable jackets up to 0.280". Non-feed-through design prevents external conductor shorting and RF signal leakage. Permanent crimp connection with primary strain relief support to retain cable jacket and minimize conductor movement. Works with standard modular plug crimping tools meeting industry specifications.
