The 2GIG FT100-345 is a fully supervised, tamper-protected wireless flood and temperature sensor engineered to safeguard properties against water damage and extreme temperature events. This probe-style sensor detects standing water and monitors ambient conditions, automatically triggering an alarm when temperatures exceed 95°F or drop below 41°F.

The 45-inch cord enables strategic placement in vulnerable areas—basements, laundry rooms, and near HVAC systems—where water damage and temperature swings present the greatest risk. An internal switch allows encrypted or non-encrypted operation, ensuring seamless compatibility with 2GIG EDGE and GC Touch panels as well as legacy security systems.

Powered by a single CR123A lithium battery, the sensor delivers up to five years of reliable operation, minimizing maintenance downtime.
