The RTI XP-3 is a central processor with a built-in ZigBee transceiver. It ties RS-232, relay, infrared, sense input, Ethernet and Zigbee control into one box.

Built-in ports for every control path
The XP-3 packs several control connections into a single processor.
2-way status feedback
Get status from controlled devices such as on/off or arm/disarm status, dimming value of lights, playlists and available stations.
Relay switching rating
The two built-in dry contacts handle loads up to 5A/30VDC with an external power supply.
Serial and relay control
One RS-232 port for 3-wire connection with status polling, plus two low voltage dry contacts for loads up to 5A/30VDC (external power supply required).
Infrared and MPIO
Two infrared ports for emitters, blasters and repeaters, plus one MPIO port for infrared control, voltage sensors or RS-232 communication modules.
Ethernet and Zigbee
Standard 10/100 BaseT Ethernet and standard wireless Zigbee provide bidirectional control communication with RTI remotes, and Ethernet also reaches touch panels and IP-controlled devices.
